Thank you for your interest in the LEAP study! You are eligible to participate if:

1. You are 18 years or older

2. You have been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus by your rheumatologist

3. You live, work, or seek care for your lupus in Louisiana, Alabama, or Mississippi

4. You can speak and understand English
